How long until I receive the digital files?
Once your payment is successfully processed, you will be immediately redirected to a page where you can download your purchased files, along with your VAT receipt.
How long does it take for a print to arrive?
If you place your order before approximately 2pm, there’s a good chance it will arrive the next day via courier. For orders placed between 2pm and 4pm, next-day delivery is less likely unless you opt for express shipping, which comes at an additional cost.
I can’t find the map I want. Do you offer alternatives?
With over 17,000 individual maps available on our site, and countless combinations of layers, boundaries, and features, we understand it can be hard to find exactly what you need. If you can’t locate the map you’re looking for, we offer bespoke digital or printed maps tailored to your specific requirements. Simply get in touch with the details, and we’ll provide you with a quote. The cost is often comparable to purchasing an existing digital bundle from our site.
Can I get a more detailed sample? The images on your site aren’t high-res enough.
Absolutely! Just send us an email with details about the map you're interested in, and we’ll promptly provide a more detailed sample.
I’ve found the map I want, but it doesn’t quite cover the area I need.
This falls under our bespoke service. If the style and detail level match what you're looking for, it’s relatively straightforward for us to adjust the area. Reach out to us before making a purchase, and we’ll assist you as soon as possible.
Why is VAT applied to some products and not others?
In brief, physical "Printed Maps" are zero-rated for VAT, meaning no VAT is charged on these items. However, digital maps and downloadable files are subject to the standard VAT rate of 20%. After completing your purchase, you will receive a VAT receipt for your records.
Are there any discounts for purchasing multiple files?
Yes, we’re pleased to offer discounts if you’re purchasing more than one bundle of digital files or map prints. The discount amount will depend on the specific items and quantities ordered. If you’re considering buying multiple items, feel free to send us an email, and we’ll be happy to discuss the details.
Can I get a refund for digital files if I purchased the wrong ones?
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds for digital files once they’ve been downloaded. Since we have no way of controlling how the files are used or shared after purchase, we cannot rely on a promise to delete them or refrain from using them. However, if you purchased the wrong files and would like a more detailed alternative within the same product range (for example, if you bought Postcode Area maps but would prefer Postcode District maps), we are happy to assist. Please note, though, that we cannot accommodate requests for entirely different products, such as switching from Postcode Area maps to NHS boundaries.
